Product Use and Safety
Candles
- Candles should never be left unattended while burning. Ensure they are placed on a stable, heat-resistant surface and kept away from flammable items, vents and drafts
- Keep candles out of reach of children and pets
- While we use natural ingredients, individual reactions to essential oils or other materials may vary. If you experience irritation, discontinue use immediately.
- For best results, trim the wick to approximately 0.5cm before each use, and avoid burning the candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
- Avoid blowing out the candle as this will result in black smoke. Use a candle snuffer or the lid.
- Rustic Petal Press is not responsible for any misuse of our candles. By purchasing and using our products, you assume all responsibility for safe use
Salves
- Our products are handcrafted using natural ingredients, including plant-based oils, beeswax, and essential oils. While we take care to ensure quality, individual reactions to natural ingredients can vary.
- It is your responsibility to test a small amount of the product on your skin before full use. If irritation or an adverse reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
- Salves are for external use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

- All orders must be placed through our official channels. Payments are processed securely through our designated payment system.

Shipping and Delivery
- We take care to package your products securely and dispatch them promptly. However, delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- Orders will be shipped between 2 and 4 business days.
- Rustic Petal Press is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
Returns and Refunds
- Due to the handmade nature of our products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged during transit. In this case, you must notify us with 48 hours of receiving the parcel with proof of any damages. It is up to the discretion of Rustic Petal Press whether damages will be covered and will work with you promptly to resolve the issue.
